Terms of Service
Effective date: August 9, 2026
These Terms govern access to cloudlanddao.xyz and Cloudland Dao's TikTok integration. By using these services, you agree to these Terms and to applicable TikTok terms and policies.
Service
The integration allows an eligible user to connect a TikTok account and to prepare, upload, or publish content through TikTok's official developer services. Availability and functionality may depend on TikTok, internet services, account eligibility, and regulatory requirements.
User authorization and control
You must connect only an account that you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for reviewing the video, caption, privacy setting, disclosures, and other publication details before approving a publishing action. You may revoke the integration's access through TikTok account settings.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, intellectual-property or privacy rights, TikTok policies, or the rights of another person. You may not interfere with security controls, misrepresent your identity or authority, distribute malicious material, or use the service for spam or deceptive activity.
Content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant Cloudland Dao only the limited permission needed to process and transmit that content at your direction. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to publish the content.
Traditional cultural content
Cloudland Dao may present Daoist and other traditional Chinese cultural material for cultural and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice and does not promise outcomes.
Third-party services
TikTok and other third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Cloudland Dao does not control their availability, review decisions, processing times, or account actions.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, publication approval, audience reach, traffic, revenue, or any specific result. To the extent permitted by law, Cloudland Dao is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform rules, address security concerns, or prevent misuse. You may stop using the service and revoke TikTok authorization at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms when the service, platform requirements, or applicable obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
