从一个现实问题开始
当所有人都用同一把尺子衡量成功，努力很容易变成没有终点的证明：更快、更忙、更可见。庄子的提醒并不是“什么都别做”，而是先问：这把尺子真的适合我正在做的事吗？
《庄子·逍遥游》写大鹏，也写小鸟。它们的尺度、道路和所需条件不同。问题不在谁更高级，而在用一种生命的尺度去否定另一种生命。现代内卷常常正是这样形成的：不是目标本身错误，而是所有人被迫争夺同一种认可。
可以试着区分三件事：必须承担的责任、真正愿意投入的成长，以及只为了不落后而参加的竞赛。前两者需要行动，第三者需要勇气退出。
不再证明自己，并不等于停止成长；有时，它才是成长第一次有了自己的方向。
Begin with a real-life problem
When everyone is measured by one definition of success, effort becomes an endless performance: faster, busier, and more visible. Zhuangzi is not saying that nothing matters. He asks whether the ruler being used is appropriate to the life being measured.
The opening of the Zhuangzi describes a vast bird and much smaller creatures. Their scale, path, and conditions differ. The point is not that one life is superior, but that one form of life cannot fairly invalidate every other. Modern overwork often begins when everyone competes for the same recognition.
Separate three things: responsibilities that must be carried, growth you genuinely choose, and competitions you enter only to avoid falling behind. The first two require action. The third may require the courage to leave.
Stopping the performance of worth is not the same as stopping growth. It may be the first time growth acquires your own direction.
