从一个现实问题开始
经营遇到压力时，最容易出现的错觉是：只要增加更多产品、会议、指标和渠道，问题就会被覆盖。结果往往是团队更忙，方向却更模糊。
《道德经》说：“为学日益，为道日损。”商业里的“损”不是盲目裁减，而是识别哪些动作已经不再服务核心价值。一个新项目如果需要持续解释它为何存在，可能就值得重新审视。
每次决策前可以做一次减法审计：客户真正需要的结果是什么？哪项流程只是在维护内部习惯？如果资源减少一半，必须保留的20%是什么？同时也要保留必要冗余，减法不等于把企业变得脆弱。
好的经营不是把所有机会都抓住，而是让有限资源持续流向真正重要的地方。
Begin with a real-life problem
Under pressure, a business can fall into a familiar illusion: add more products, meetings, metrics, and channels until the original problem disappears beneath activity. The team becomes busier while direction becomes less clear.
The Tao Te Ching contrasts daily accumulation with the repeated practice of reduction. In business, reduction is not careless cutting. It is the discipline of noticing which actions no longer serve the central value. A project that constantly needs its existence explained may deserve review.
Before a decision, conduct a subtraction audit. What outcome does the customer actually need? Which process protects an internal habit rather than that outcome? If resources were halved, which twenty percent must remain? Keep necessary redundancy—simplicity should not create fragility.
Sound management is not capturing every opportunity. It is keeping limited resources in motion toward what matters.
